Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, preferences, and market trends in the facade and windows industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders.
Present product features, advantages, and benefits to potential clients through effective sales presentations and demonstrations.
Co-ordinate and deliver customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements and budget constraints.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products, addressing any client concerns or issues throughout the sales process.
Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
