Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Field Sales Executive for a full-time position across Vadodara, Indore, Nagpur, and Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in field sales. This role demands proactive lead generation and developing strong client relationships. Join us in driving solar power adoption in multiple regions.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in field sales is required, showcasing your ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong lead generation skills (Mandatory skill) are essential for finding and developing new client opportunities.
  • Expertise in outside sales techniques is necessary to effectively reach and engage potential clients in various environments.
  • Experience in customer relationship management to build and maintain ongoing relationships with clients for repeat business.
  • Familiarity with solar PV systems, understanding their components and benefits to effectively convey value to clients.
  • Product knowledge to convincingly articulate the features and benefits of solar solutions offered by the company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to successfully network and engage with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, sharing insights and strategies for improving overall sales performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Conduct field sales visits to potential clients and deliver compelling presentations to promote solar solutions.
  • Generate leads through various methods including networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, showcasing a deep understanding of solar products.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets by implementing strategic sales plans and sharing insights with management.

  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and forecasts, maintaining accuracy and consistency in all documentation.
