Job Overview

We are hiring Field Sales Executives - Rider Acquisition to onboard delivery riders for last-mile delivery platforms. This is a pure field sales role, focused only on rider sourcing and activation.

No involvement in vehicle rental, rent collection, or fleet management.

Key Responsibilities

Field sourcing of delivery riders Explaining onboarding process and platform requirements Coordinating rider documentation and profile creation Ensuring rider ID activation on delivery platforms Conducting daily field visits to sourcing locations Achieving daily and weekly rider acquisition targets Maintaining accurate onboarding records Regular follow-ups to ensure rider activation
Requirements & Skills

Experience in field sales, rider hiring, or lead generation (preferred) Strong communication and convincing skills Comfortable with outdoor field work and targets Basic smartphone usage and documentation knowledge Self-motivated and result-oriented
