Job Description

Client Acquisition & Management:

Identify, prospect, and secure new clients; nurture existing customer relationships for loyalty and upselling.

Sales Execution:

Conduct client meetings, present products/services, demonstrate features, negotiate prices, and close deals to meet targets.

Territory Management:

Plan daily routes, manage a specific geographic area, and track sales performance within it.

Reporting & Admin:

Log activities in CRM software (like Salesforce), prepare sales reports, and analyze performance data.

Market Awareness:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product features.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Sales Acumen:

Prospecting, negotiation, closing, presentation, and public speaking skills.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication to explain complex ideas clearly.

Technical:

Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Personal Attributes:

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, independent, time-manager, resilient.

Logistics:

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
Daily Activities Might Include:

Mapping out client visits for the day. Face-to-face client meetings and product demonstrations. Addressing customer questions and resolving issues. Updating client records and sales pipelines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
