Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives who can manage on-ground marketing and client acquisition across multiple cities. The role involves field visits, lead generation, and direct sales activities to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities

:

Identify potential clients & generate new business opportunities. Visit retail outlets, hospitals, clinics, or dealers (as per business type) to promote products/services. Execute marketing activities, promotions, & brand visibility drives in the assigned area. Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets. Maintain records of customer interactions and sales progress. Coordinate with the marketing & operations team for on-ground execution. Provide regular field reports & feedback for business growth.

Requirements

:

Minimum Qualification:



12th Pass / Graduate (any stream). 1-2 years of field sales/marketing experience preferred (FMCG, healthcare, solar, or consumer goods industry is a plus). Good communication and negotiation skills. Must be open to travel across multiple cities. Self-motivated & goal-oriented personality. Own two-wheeler & smartphone preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,999.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
