The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business through on-ground sales activities, meeting potential clients, pitching company services, and converting leads into customers. This role requires strong field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Experience in E-commerce sales, subscription selling, or B2B field sales will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential clients and generate on-ground leads through field sales activities.
Pitch and sell E-commerce marketplace services/subscriptions (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
Conduct face-to-face meetings and product/service presentations with clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify new business opportunities across assigned areas/territories.
Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of daily client visits, calls, and conversions.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Collect market insights and competitor information.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Prepare sales reports and update CRM/sales trackers regularly.
Requirements:
1-3 years of proven field sales experience (mandatory).
Experience in E-commerce, B2B sales, or subscription-based selling is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and daily client meetings.
Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Two-wheeler preferred for field visits.
