Job Summary:
As a Field Sales Executive at Qsura India Pvt. Ltd., you will play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying, approaching, and closing potential business opportunities for our CPaaS solutions. You will interact directly with clients to understand their communication needs and offer customized solutions that align with their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients across various sectors for Qsura's CPaaS solutions (WhatsApp API, SMS, Voice, Email, etc.).
Conduct field visits, meetings, and product presentations to potential customers.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable communication technology solutions.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Generate leads through field activities, cold calling, and business networking.
Collaborate with the internal pre-sales and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Stay updated with CPaaS industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in IT, telecom, or SaaS/CPaaS solutions.
Strong understanding of communication technologies like WhatsApp API, SMS, or cloud telephony.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a field-based role.
Ability to understand client needs and translate them into business solutions.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
Two-wheeler and Laptop .
