Promote and sell Samsung Home Appliances to retailers and dealers in the assigned area.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
Conduct product demonstrations and share updated product information.
Collection Activities
Ensure timely collection of payments from retailers and dealers.
Maintain proper records of outstanding payments.
Follow up with market partners for dues and resolve collection-related issues.
Market Development & Reporting
Identify new retailers and expand market penetration.
Regularly visit assigned routes/markets as per the schedule.
Submit daily/weekly reports on sales and collections to the manager.
Other Responsibilities
Ensure proper branding and visibility of Samsung Home Appliances in the market.
Handle customer queries and complaints at the dealer level.
Coordinate with the distributor office for smooth order processing and delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / Intermediate with sales experience preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in field sales and collection (preferably in consumer durables / appliances / electronics).
Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / mobile reporting apps.
