Field Sales Executive



Position Overview:


A Field Sales Executive is responsible for visiting clients, customers, or businesses directly to promote and sell company products or services. The role requires building strong relationships, meeting sales targets, and representing the company in the market.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and visit potential customers to generate new business. Demonstrate and promote products/services to clients. Maintain good relationships with existing customers for repeat sales. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share feedback with management. Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiate deals. Represent the company professionally in the field.

Skills & Qualifications:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence and ability to persuade customers. Good knowledge of the local market and routes. Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined. Basic knowledge of sales reporting and CRM tools (preferred). Qualification: 12th pass/Graduate (depending on company requirement).

With experience, a Field Sales Executive can grow into roles such as

Senior Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, or Business Development Manager

Pay: ₹9,890.14 - ₹18,000.00 per month
