- Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell the company's healthcare products/services to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory and develop strong customer networks.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff.
Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients to address queries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and market intelligence data.
Support in organizing medical camps and exhibitions.
Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, service support) to ensure smooth order execution and after-sales service.
Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy.

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.
Good knowledge of medical products, healthcare industry practices, and sales techniques.
Ability to understand technical/clinical details and explain them clearly.
Persuasive negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Nursing, or Business Administration (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in healthcare/medical device/pharma sales (freshers with high aptitude and strong interest in healthcare sales may also apply).
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance will be an added advantage.

Work Environment

Field-based role with frequent travel to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
Flexible working hours depending on client schedules and hospital visits.
