Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Connect with clients who are of the same industry.

Explain company products/services and their benefits to clients.

Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales.

Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel regularly.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

Handle customer queries, objections, and provide timely solutions.

Key Skills Required:



Excellent communication (Hindi/English/regional language).

Good listening and persuasive skills.

Confidence to handle objections and rejections.

Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).

Qualifications & Experience:



Experience in Solar Industry will be preferable.

Minimum Graduate (any stream).

Prior sales/ customer service experience preferred.

Fresher with good communication skills may also apply.
