Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales / Business Development Executive to drive the sales of our IoT devices and solutions. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IoT products, be comfortable with field sales, and be willing to conduct on-site product demonstrations. This role requires building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales growth through direct engagement and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for IoT devices and solutions.
Conduct on-site client visits, presentations, and live product demonstrations.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable IoT solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Consistently achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and market expansion objectives.
Stay updated with IoT industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
Collaborate with internal teams for proposals, pricing, and customer support.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and prepare weekly reports.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in IoT, electronics, telecom, or technology solutions.
Strong knowledge and understanding of IoT products/solutions is mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to manage client relationships independently.
Must be comfortable with extensive field sales and site visits for product demos.
