About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Field Sales Executive
with
2-3 years
of
experience
in
selling IT Managed Services and Security Solutions
. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of enterprise IT, client engagement, and proven ability to generate new business in the Delhi NCR region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients in the Delhi NCR region.
Drive sales of IT Managed Services, Security Solutions, Cloud Services, and Infrastructure Support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Teams).
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution designing and proposals.
Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Maintain regular reporting of pipeline, forecasts, and market insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in IT solution sales, preferably Managed Services & Security Solutions.
Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and AMC/Managed Services.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.
Local market knowledge of Delhi NCR and existing network preferred.
