Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

Daily field visits to connect with brokers and channel partners for lead generation. Meet landlords to discuss listing and promoting their commercial spaces. Track competitor projects, pricing trends, and market updates regularly. Generate leads through on-ground visits and local market research.
