Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard scrap dealers, recyclers, and buyers in assigned markets
Conduct market visits, cold calls, and client meetings to drive sales
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
Ensure smooth onboarding process on the MetalMandi platform
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred)
0-3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (FMCG, B2B, Scrap Trading preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and close deals
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
Familiarity with local markets is a plus
Proficiency in Hindi/English (regional language advantage)
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
