Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories.
Generate new leads through cold calls, field visits, referrals, or events.
Conduct product presentations and demos.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Gather feedback from customers and report trends, needs, and competition.
Maintain accurate records of visits, calls, leads, sales, and customer feedback.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to sales managers.
Plan daily routes and schedules efficiently.
Soft Skills Required:

Able to talk and understand basic english
Self-motivation and ability to work independently
Resilience and ability to handle rejection
Qualifications
Minimum Graduate
Experience in field sales roles preferred.
