About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team in the Auto Ancillary, Commercial Vehicle, Car Loans, Auto loans and Passenger vehicles industry. This role involves direct field work, client interactions, and sales development across assigned territories. This position does not involve sales of complete automobiles, loans, tyres, batteries, or spare parts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit potential clients (OEMs, garages, dealerships, service centres, distributors, etc.) to promote and sell auto ancillary products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition.
Achieve assigned sales targets and report daily field activity.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Provide accurate feedback on customer requirements, trends, and buying habits.
Ensure timely collection of payments and handle customer queries or complaints professionally.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or mobile-based reporting tools.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
