About the Role:



We are looking for an energetic and self-driven

Field Sales Executive

with experience or interest in

commercial or corporate leasing

. The candidate will be responsible for identifying leasing opportunities, meeting clients on-site, and supporting end-to-end deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and reach out to potential clients looking for office/commercial spaces Conduct field visits and site inspections with prospective tenants Generate leads through field activity, cold calling, and local networking Maintain and update client database and property listings Understand client requirements and offer suitable leasing options Follow up with clients to convert leads into successful deals Coordinate with property owners, landlords, and brokers

Requirements:



Graduate in any stream (Real Estate/Marketing background preferred) 1-3 years of experience in sales (leasing/real estate preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel locally and conduct on-ground sales activity Good knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player
