Understanding customer needs and offering suitable products/services. Conducting product demonstrations and presentations virtually. Following up with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
3. Sales Process & Negotiation
Handling inbound and outbound sales calls. Addressing customer objections and providing solutions. Negotiating pricing, terms, and closing deals.
4. Order Management & Coordination
Processing orders and ensuring smooth transaction completion. Coordinating with other departments like operations and logistics. Assisting in resolving customer issues post-sale.
5. Sales Reporting & Target Achievement
Meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas. Tracking sales metrics and preparing performance reports. Continuously improving sales techniques through training and feedback. 6.Excellent Communication
