Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated
Field Sales Executive
to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, promoting our fragrance products, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate leads in assigned territory distributors, resellers, cosmetic or FMCG manufacturers.
Conduct field visits to promote and sell fragrance products, samples, and solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Demonstrate deep product knowledge and explain fragrance profiles, applications, and benefits to clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with the internal team (production, logistics, and R&D) for order fulfillment and technical support.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events as required.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the sales manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of field sales experience FMCG, fragrance, cosmetics, or chemical industry preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
