Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, calls, and referrals.
Conduct product demonstrations and test drives for customers.
Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance, and exchange offers effectively.
Maintain strong follow-up with customers from enquiry to delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers.
Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the Sales Manager.
Participate in outdoor sales campaigns, roadshows, and promotional events.
Required Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong convincing and presentation ability.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
Knowledge of the local market preferred.
