Role Summary

The Field Sales Executive primary responsibilities includes sales, identifying opportunities to increase sales, and assisting in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans. You should also be able to answer customers' queries regarding product pricing, availability, features, and benefits.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Relevant Experience 3 - 5 years exp with Real Estate in Sales

Knowledge/ Technical Skills ? Knowledge of Microsoft office

? Experience in collecting and analysing data

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Operations

? Calling on the database given and generating the leads.

? Updating the CRM Status on day to day basis.

? Contacting potential and existing customers in person.

? Answering customer queries, inquiries

? Attending to walk in customers.

? Preparing and sending cost sheets and payment schedules.

? Personally meeting existing clients for sales referrals.

? Managing the sales process through specific ERP.

? Maintaining a HNI database.

? Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

? Participating in sales review team meetings.

? Demonstrating product features to the customers.

? Adhering to the company policies & Procedures

? Must be in field for acquiring the leads

2. Customer Relationship

? Maintaining all customer relationships to ensure Aparna is a priority for customer.

3. Processes

? Completing regular sales reports specifying the number of sales made.

? Preparing sales proposals for potential buyers

? Attending trade shows and other industry-related events

? Completing sales forms and submitting them for processing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1.00 - ?10.00 per month

Work Location: In person
