Educational Qualification Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Relevant Experience 3 - 5 years exp with Real Estate in Sales

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Operations
? Calling on the database given and generating the leads.
? Updating the CRM Status on day to day basis.
? Contacting potential and existing customers in person.
? Answering customer queries, inquiries
? Attending to walk in customers.
? Preparing and sending cost sheets and payment schedules.
? Personally meeting existing clients for sales referrals.
? Managing the sales process through specific ERP.
? Maintaining a HNI database.
? Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
? Participating in sales review team meetings.
? Demonstrating product features to the customers.
? Adhering to the company policies & Procedures
? Must be in field for acquiring the leads
2. Customer Relationship
? Maintaining all customer relationships to ensure Aparna is a priority for customer.
3. Processes
? Completing regular sales reports specifying the number of sales made.
? Preparing sales proposals for potential buyers
? Attending trade shows and other industry-related events
? Completing sales forms and submitting them for processing.
