Your Key Responsibilities:
Merchant Acquisition: Identify and visit retail outlets, Kirana stores, and restaurants to pitch our digital payment products.
Onboarding: Handle the end-to-end documentation and digital KYC process for merchants to ensure a seamless setup.
Product Demonstration: Clearly explain the benefits of our ecosystem, including transaction safety, settlement cycles, and value-added services (like lending or insurance).
Relationship Management: Maintain a strong rapport with existing merchants to ensure they continue using our services and to upsell new features.
Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on competitor activity in your assigned territory and provide feedback to the city leads.
Targets: Achieve daily and monthly targets for active merchant installations and transaction volumes.
