InXpress is a global logistics and shipping solutions provider offering world-class courier services through top carriers. We help businesses streamline shipping operations, reduce costs, and improve delivery efficiency. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities



Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and market research. Meet potential clients to present InXpress courier and logistics solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with SMEs and corporate customers. Understand customer shipping requirements and provide customized solutions. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding of new customers. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM. Participate in marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns as required.

Key Skills & Requirements



Proven field sales experience (preferably in courier/logistics industry). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Strong time-management and planning abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Basic understanding of logistics, courier services, and supply chain (preferred). Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
