Key Responsibilities
Identify potential customers through field visits, local market research, and referrals
Conduct product/service presentations and explain offerings clearly to prospects
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver consistent performance
Gather customer requirements and share insights with the internal team
Maintain daily reports on visits, inquiries, conversions, and follow-ups
Work closely with the sales manager to improve area coverage and conversion rates
Represent the brand professionally and create a positive customer experience
Requirements
Proven experience in field sales (preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of customer behavior and local market
Ability to work independently and meet targets
