Job Description

A Direct Sales Executive is responsible for selling products or services directly to customers, often face-to-face, outside of a traditional retail setting. Key duties include identifying potential customers, building relationships, presenting and demonstrating products, negotiating sales, and achieving sales targets. They also manage customer records, write sales reports, and may collaborate with marketing teams. Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition:

Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities, which may involve door-to-door sales, cold calling, or networking.

Sales and Presentations:

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers to explain features and benefits.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Closing Sales:

Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in a CRM system.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Market Research:

Research the market and competition to stay informed about industry trends.

Qualifications
