Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and self-driven Female Sales & Marketing Executive to represent Skooly to schools and educational institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful connections with school management teams.

You will play a vital role in expanding Skooly's presence in the education sector and helping schools move towards a digital future.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales

Approach schools, academies, and educational institutions to introduce the Skooly platform. Schedule and conduct product demos for school management and administrative staff. Build strong relationships with decision-makers (principals, directors, and coordinators). Understand client needs and customize solutions accordingly. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent follow-up and engagement. Prepare business proposals, quotations, and partnership agreements.
Marketing

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote Skooly across schools and online platforms. Handle social media promotions, content marketing, and lead generation activities. Participate in school events, education expos, and seminars to showcase Skooly. Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and digital campaigns. Gather market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field. 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or EdTech (preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and local languages (Telugu/Hindi). Ability to connect confidently with school management, teachers, and parents. Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and goal-oriented mindset. Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and social media marketing. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and school visits.
