Proven experience as a
Sales Executive

, or similar role (preferably in solar or renewable energy sector).
Strong
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to
understand customer needs
and deliver suitable product solutions.
Knowledge of
solar systems, power products
, or willingness to learn quickly.
Goal-oriented, confident, and self-motivated with a strong sales drive.
Excellent
relationship-building and networking abilities

Proficiency in
MS Office
.
Ability to work
independently and as part of a team
.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Fluent in Telugu, English, and Hindi preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers for solar and energy solutions.
Conduct
market research
to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
Present and promote company products and services professionally.
Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed
monthly and quarterly sales targets
.
Coordinate with the
Sales Manager and Marketing team
for campaign execution.
Maintain and update
customer databases and sales reports
.
Participate in
on-site visits, exhibitions, and promotional activities
.
Provide after-sales support and ensure timely project handover to operations team.
