Field Sales Executive (Dealer Sales Representative)

team. The role involves meeting customers, contractors, plumbers, and architects, creating demand for home interior and improvement products, and driving sales through the store network.
Responsibilities:
Achieve a monthly sales target of
?5,00,000
.
Meet
retail consumers
,
plumbers
,
contractors
, and
architects
in the field and attend
walk-in customers
at the store.
Explain
product features, advantages, and benefits
with demonstrations where necessary.
Create
demand and leads
at the consumer level and direct customers to the store.
Complete the
sales and billing process
for end consumers.
Attend to
customer complaints
and suggest appropriate solutions.
Collect market information on
ongoing or upcoming construction activities
.
Spend
70% time in fieldwork
and
30% time at the store
to serve customers.
Update consumer and site details regularly in the
LEAD App
or assigned CRM tool.
Requirements:
Education:
Any Graduate (preferred: Marketing, Business, or related field)
Experience:
1-4 years in
Field Sales / Building Materials / Paints / Tiles / Bath fittings / Interiors
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong field sales and relationship-building abilities
Comfortable meeting clients and working on targets
Other:
Must have a
two-wheeler
and
smartphone
