Job Description

Key Responsibilities (Sales):



Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and other offline sources, online sources Conduct cold calling, door-to-door (shops, professional sectors, Industries,..) visits, and area mapping to identify potential customers. Explain products & services details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to prospective buyers. Organize and conduct

site visits

for clients and follow up regularly for closures.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships for business and referrals. Prepare reports and documentation as required.

Marketing:



Participate in local marketing campaigns promoting products & sales. coordinate with digital and online marketing teams to align on promotions and branding activities. Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.

Reporting:



Maintain daily activity reports and updates of clients related info. Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager regarding work feedback, and performance.

Key Requirements:



Strong communication in

Telugu, English & Hindi

Strong

Negotiation skills

. Willingness to travel extensively within the city. Target-oriented with a go-getter attitude. Can Travel with own vehicle or city bus. Must have a smart mobile.

Requirements:



Freshers are welcome

training will be provided. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak confidently and build rapport with clients. Willingness to travel for site visits as needed. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-player mindset.
