We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Field Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients through face-to-face interactions. This role involves extensive travel within assigned territories and requires excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities

Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities in the field. Visit clients on-site to present products/services and close sales. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Requirements

Proven experience in field sales or a similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
