Field Sales Executive

Job Description

Welcome and attend to walk-in clients at the project site. Conduct site visits and provide detailed presentations of the project, floor plans, amenities, pricing, and offers. Follow up with potential leads generated through online and offline campaigns. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options. Coordinate with CRM and back-office teams for documentation and customer support. Maintain daily records of site visits, enquiries, and follow-ups. Assist in organizing site events, client meetings, and promotional activities. Stay updated with project developments, pricing changes, and inventory availability. Achieve monthly sales targets as defined by the management.

Requirements:



Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate field sales or site-based sales roles. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Presentable, customer-oriented, and confident in dealing with clients. Proficiency in local language and basic English. Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays (weekly off on weekdays). Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory if experienced).

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
