Dhatri Play is seeking a proactive and experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead on-ground marketing efforts and drive brand visibility across key regions. The ideal candidate will manage field campaigns, establish relationships with potential clients, and support sales growth through direct marketing initiatives and client visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute field marketing activities to promote playground and gym equipment to schools, builders, societies, resorts, and government departments.
Identify potential customers and arrange on-site meetings and product demonstrations.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and samples in target locations.
Coordinate with telemarketing and sales teams to convert leads into orders.
Maintain detailed records of field visits, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Monitor competitor activity in the field and report market trends.
Train and supervise field marketing executives, if applicable.
Support digital marketing efforts by providing field insights and campaign feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in field marketing or sales (preferably constructions material related experiance).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and events.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language.
