Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting potential clients, showcasing properties, and closing sales. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a passion for real estate and fieldwork.

Job Role:

Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, referrals, and networking. Meet prospective clients at project sites and explain property features, pricing, and payment plans. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for promotional campaigns. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding projects and updates. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Keep records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and transactions.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline . Proven experience in sales; experience in real estate is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property visits. Basic understanding of real estate terms and trends. Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred).
