We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to strengthen our market presence across South India. This role involves field sales, distributor management, and brand expansion in key regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
Execute field marketing and sales activities across assigned territories
Develop and manage distributor and retailer networks
Increase product visibility and market penetration
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Build strong relationships with channel partners and customers
Support promotional campaigns and brand-building initiatives
Achieve assigned sales targets
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in field sales
Experience in Pharmaceuticals / Nutraceuticals / Healthcare preferred
Good written communication skills in English
Working knowledge of Tamil and Malayalam
Willingness to travel extensively within South India
Target-driven and self-motivated
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ?35,000 - ?45,000 per month
