Position Details
Job Title: Sales Executive - Industrial Sales (Wires & Cables preferred)
Department: Sales
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Senior Management
Experience: 2-5 years (Industrial Sales preferred - Electrical Products / Wires & Cables)
Education: Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (Preferred)
CTC: Competitive salary based on experience + performance-based incentives + travel allowances
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to support business growth in the industrial
wires and cables segment. The role involves identifying new customers, managing existing accounts,
achieving sales targets, and supporting regional sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial wires & cables market
Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, distributors, contractors, and industrial clients
Achieve assigned sales targets through effective planning and execution
Conduct product presentations, follow-ups, and assist in closing orders
Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback
Ensure timely follow-ups, coordination, and customer satisfaction
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the reporting manager
Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) for smooth order processing
Travel within assigned territories for client visits and business development
Key Skills & Competencies
2-5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales (wires & cables / electrical products preferred)
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Tamil
Ability to acquire new clients and maintain long-term relationships
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude
Willingness to travel extensively
