Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic

Field Sales Executive

to promote and sell

off-road tyre products

(OTR, agricultural, construction, mining tyres) by developing dealer networks, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence in the assigned territory.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

Promote and sell

off-road tyre products

including OTR, agricultural, industrial, construction, and mining tyres Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and fleet customers Develop strong relationships with existing dealers and OEMs

Field Activities

Conduct regular market visits, dealer visits, and customer meetings Collect market intelligence on competitor pricing, products, and schemes Support dealers with product knowledge, demos, and sales promotions

Order & Payment Management

Generate orders and coordinate with internal teams for dispatch Ensure timely payment collection and outstanding follow-ups Maintain accurate sales reports and visit reports

Customer Support

Handle customer complaints related to product performance and coordinate with technical team Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
