Job Description

Key Responsibilities


1. Seller Acquisition



Visit hardware, electrical, cement, and TMT shops and onboard them to ATOFON. Assist with app installation, KYC, and usage training. Explain reverse bidding, quoting, and delivery flow.

2. Buyer Acquisition



Meet builders, contractors, and SMEs. Demonstrate enquiry creation and order process. Support first-time order placement.

3. User Activation & Support



Ensure sellers quote actively on enquiries. Follow up and re-activate inactive sellers. Provide basic app support.

4. Field Marketing



Distribute brochures & create awareness in local markets. Identify high-potential clusters for lead generation.

5. Reporting



Maintain daily visit logs and onboarding reports.
