Sales Executive
Experience: Fresher to 1 year
Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 (fixed)
Travel Allowance: ₹5,000 per month (covers up to 2,000 km)
Total Monthly CTC: ₹20,000
Annual CTC: ₹2,40,000
Deductions: Basic tax/TDS may be deducted up to ₹1,000 -1200 per month
Target:Minimum 4 confirmed clients per month
Incentives: For every client acquired beyond the monthly 4, extra incentives will be provided Contract: 1-year contract, extendable based on performance
Performance Review: Every 3-6 months (Salary revision and growth based on results)
Full time / part time : 9am -6pm

The sales executive will be responsible for promoting our service packages, meeting clients, explaining offerings clearly, and converting leads into confirmed clients.
Key Responsibilities
On-field client acquisition and meetings
Explaining company services and converting leads into clients
Achieving minimum monthly target of 4 confirmed clients
Regular follow-up, documentation, and reporting
Scheduling and attending client visits, presentations, and discussions
Maintaining proper communication between client and internal team
Developing long-term business relationships
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication (mandatory)
Confidence in talking to clients and presenting services
Good negotiation & convincing skills
Understanding of basic sales techniques
Ability to travel within the city
Must have a two-wheeler with valid License, RC & Insurance
Ability to work responsibly and meet monthly targets
Good behaviour, discipline, punctuality
Educational Criteria
Any degree is acceptable
12th pass is the minimum requirement Arrears/backlogs do not matter
Skills, communication, and attitude are more important than academic scores
