We are looking for a motivated and performance-driven
Sales Executive
to join our solar energy division. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling solar solutions (rooftop, commercial, industrial), strong communication skills, and the willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu. You will play a key role in expanding our solar customer base and promoting clean, renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
Meet residential, commercial, and industrial customers to explain solar solutions.
Conduct basic site surveys (roof feasibility, load requirement, shadow checks).
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and ROI/savings calculations.
Convert prospects into confirmed solar installation projects.
Coordinate with technical, engineering, and installation teams for project execution.
Maintain strong follow-up and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
Stay updated on solar policies, subsidies, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications & Skills
1 year of sales experience,
Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities.
Basic technical understanding of solar components (panels, inverters, batteries).
Two-wheeler with valid driving license required.
