Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated

Business Development Executive

(Field Sales) to drive sales and growth for our

SaaS-based HRMS/Product solutions

. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B software sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for the company's SaaS products. Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance lead generation and client engagement. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications in CRM tools. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and SaaS market developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience

in

B2B sales

, preferably in

SaaS or IT software sales

. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to understand software products and explain technical concepts to clients. Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic sales environment.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in selling

HRMS, CRM, ERP, or similar SaaS platforms

. Familiarity with tools like

HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce

. Understanding of subscription-based sales models.

Salary:

As per industry standards + Incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
