Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Field Sales Executive
to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and representing Fenman Technologies in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and visit potential clients in the assigned territory (Chennai and nearby areas).
Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the internal team.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly visit reports and updates in CRM tools.
Attend sales meetings, trade exhibitions, and industry events as needed.
Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: BBA, B.Com, or related fields).
1-5 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in technology or B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in local language (Tamil) and English.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory).
