Role Overview

As a School Partnership Executive, you will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with schools, creating awareness about VVT's scholarship opportunities, and encouraging student participation. This role combines field engagement, relationship management, and student outreach -- making it ideal for ambitious professionals looking to grow in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strong partnerships with schools in Chennai & nearby areas. Meet principals, teachers, and coordinators to present VVT's scholarship program and academic offerings. Conduct awareness sessions, seminars, and presentations for students and parents. Ensure smooth registration of students for the VVT Student Scholarship Program. Distribute and manage marketing materials (brochures, posters, forms). Consistently achieve targets for school tie-ups and student enrollments. Collect student leads and maintain proper data for follow-ups. Share field insights and competitor activities with management.


Key Skills & Competencies

Strong communication skills in Tamil & English. Ability to build relationships with educators, students, and parents. Energetic, persuasive, and result-oriented. Comfortable with fieldwork and regular travel in the assigned area. Good organizational and time-management skills.


Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Education preferred). 0-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or educational outreach. Freshers with excellent communication skills and passion for education are welcome. Two-wheeler with license preferred.
