Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Visit potential and existing customers in the assigned area to promote and sell products/services.

Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and door-to-door marketing.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Demonstrate product features and benefits to clients.

Maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge and market trends.

Negotiate terms of sales and close deals.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Collect payments and ensure timely follow-up with customers.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.


Requirements:



a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience in field sales, direct marketing, or related roles.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong organizational and planning skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.

Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
