Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new customers including electrical contractors, architects, interior designers, builders, and end-users.
Conduct regular field visits to promote and sell the company's electrical and lighting product range.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into successful sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Deliver product presentations, demos, and customized quotations to clients.
Keep abreast of competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions and industry events.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in electrical, lighting, or related industries.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Any field, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, is added advantage .
Good understanding of electrical and lighting products is a plus.
Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
High level of self-motivation, energy, and a result-oriented attitude.
Comfortable with extensive local travel within the assigned region.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
