Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential clients including homeowners, builders, architects, and businesses.
Promote and demonstrate interior design products (e.g., modular furniture, decor, materials).
Generate leads through fieldwork, cold visits, site visits, and referrals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up regularly.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and production teams.
Prepare quotations and negotiate prices to close sales.
Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM or sales software.
Attend site visits, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in interiors, construction, or related industries.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand basic design/product specifications.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or Diploma in Marketing/Interior Design/Related field.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
