This job involves meeting local shopkeepers and small business owners, explaining to them how Paytm's products like the QR Code, Sound Box, card swipe machines, and other digital payment tools can help their business. Your goal is to help them understand and start using these products.

You'll be going on regular visits in your assigned area to find new customers, help with product setup, and solve any small issues existing users may have. So if you like being on the move and talking to people, you'll enjoy this work.

They're looking for someone who:

Can work independently and take initiative Has good communication and convincing skills Knows the local area well Owns a bike with a valid driving license Is between 18 and 35 years of age Has a smartphone and knows how to use basic apps
Prior sales experience is great - especially if you've worked in telecom, banking, or retail - but even if you're a fresher with confidence and a hunger to learn, you're welcome to apply.

And yes, this is a field sales role, so you'll be doing direct visits and helping merchants on the ground.
