Job Summary:

Paytm is looking for dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to drive merchant query resolving, QR code installation, and promotion of financial and digital products across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, have a strong understanding of the local market, and be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit local merchants and businesses daily to resolve queries them on the Paytm platform.

Install and activate Paytm QR codes, soundbox, and EDC devices.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for merchant ticket resolving and product penetration.

Maintain accurate records of visits, merchant details, and sales performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and local stakeholders.

Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

10th / 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).

0-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in fintech, telecom, or FMCG.

Fresher candidates with good communication skills are also welcome.

Should own a smartphone and a two-wheeler (preferred).

Comfortable with field work and meeting new people.
