We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, particularly in B2B environments, and possess excellent negotiation skills. You will play a crucial role in promoting our technology solutions, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective marketing strategies that align with company goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within a B2B environment.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
Experience in technology sales is highly desirable.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on persuasive selling techniques.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in the field.
