Job Summary
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by visiting customers in assigned territories, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct, face-to-face interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers, retailers, distributors, or clients in assigned areas
Generate new leads and develop new customer accounts
Promote and sell company products/services
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Collect orders, follow up on payments, and ensure timely collections
Conduct market surveys and provide feedback on competitors and trends
Ensure proper product display, branding, and visibility in the market
Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
0-5 years of experience in field sales or direct sales
Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
